[mrtg] MRTG on a Netware Server

I have found a mistake in the cfgmaker.pl . Under Netware 5.1 Servive 
pack 8, the cfgmaker.pl is not able to write the MRTG.CFG file, because 
the file MRTG.CFG is open.

If you call "perl --noscreen sys:\mrtg\bin\cfgmaker.pl public at XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX 
--output sys:\mrtg\bin\Mrtg.cf" if writes the MRTG.CF File, which 
you must rename to MRTG.CFG, after you have unloaded PERL.
