MRTG queries the router using the SNMP protocol. You should configure
the communities in this device in order to make MRTG work. Here you have
the commands:
Enable
Enter password:
Conf t
Snmp-server community "name:you put what you want" ro
End

I want to use mrtg to monitor the traffic of a cisco adsl router.
The problem is that i don't know any commands for routers.
How could i do that? Does mrtg quering the router without username and
password ?
