[mrtg] MRTG & Dell 5224 and 5324 gigabit switches

Anyone know of a way to monitor aggregate bandwidth on these switches? I 
dont have a need for monitoring every port individually, perhaps theres 
a proprietary MIB out there or an OID I don't know about???
