I downloaded a self-extracting exe command prompt utility called win32tools.exe
I can't remember where I downloaded it from but I just googled for it and it's all over the place.
It contains the following files:

12/14/1999  05:29 PM            45,056 snmpBulk.exe
12/14/1999  05:29 PM            45,056 snmpGet.exe
12/14/1999  05:46 PM            45,056 snmpNext.exe
12/14/1999  05:47 PM            49,152 snmpSet.exe
12/14/1999  05:51 PM            45,056 snmpTrap.exe
12/14/1999  05:48 PM            49,152 snmpWalk.exe
12/14/1999  05:27 PM           139,264 snmp_pp.dll
07/01/1999  03:14 PM            62,464 WSNMP32.DLL

I've used the hell out of it and it works just fine.
Remember to run some kind of AV on it because it's an executable.
The one I have is about 270kb.
