[mrtg] Re: mrtg slow

Alistair,
To answer your questions. I am running a P3 1.2Ghz box with 512MB of RAM. I am trying to poll about 110 targets every 5 min. I have a config file for each target and a line in the crontab for each target (110 lines). These are the only lines in my crontab. I am not sure which process or CFG file is using the most CPU or memory. I unable to check becuase about every 5 min, the box becomes really slow, and unresponsive. I am assuming that this is the time that it is running mrtg.
