[mrtg] SNMPV3

Dear all,
How we can configure *snmpv3* on a *cisco L3(3750). *what are the commands
required on the router and at the mrtg software ? I have tried different
iterations but none of them worked. can anybody please discuss the right
command set  for MRTG and the L3 switch(3750series).
