The first 2 reading of datas generate these error because the log and 
old_log file were not created before.

So if you do it by hand (no RunAsDaemon: yes option in config file), you 
must start it 2 times with warning/errors, and then it work correctly.

Then wait some time with mrtg in cron or un daemon mode and then look in 
the .log file to see if there is some datas in it. If there isn't use 
snmp client tools to check the target and if you get reeal datas
