[mrtg] MRTG does not update *.log files, but first line changes as normal

I use an external program to gather  data:

stat # /bin/eth0.sh
1445275314
1423629085
 03:04:22 up 18 days,  6:05,  9 users,  load average: 1.60, 0.82, 0.45
localhost
stat #

After executing 
mrtg /etc/mrtg.conf
I see always changed first line in eth0.log:
1139615264 915397650 395852776
1139615264 1427196 1799698 1427196 1799698
1139614932 1427196 1799698 1427196 1799698
1139614800 1427196 1799698 1427196 1799698
1139614500 1427196 1799698 1427196 1799698

but collected data unchanged.
So, a have a graph  with horizontal line


MRTG Log-file  looks good:
