(Shameless self-promotion ahead:)
If you use routers2 as the frontend instead of 14all, then it supports the
AbsMax line. Also, if you define Thresholds, they will be displayed as
lines on the graph, too.
Finally, the latest beta supports the 'routers.cgi*HRule[]' directive to let
you add as many extra horizontal lines as you want.
