[mrtg] Upgrade from 2.11.1 to 2.13.2

I've gone ahead and upgraded from FC4 to FC5 which upgraded the RPM of MRTG
from 2.11.1 to 2.13.2.  Do I need to upgrade the cfg files for MRTG or is
there anything else I need to do to take bring everything up to date?
