Yes.

This response is a bit vague because your question was a bit vague.

You could use 'Options[]: noo' to remove the out legend and out line
entirely.  If using routers2.cgi you could use the 'nolegend' option to
remove all the legend.  You could use rrdtool to generate a completely
custom graph with whatever legent you want.
