[mrtg] CPU graphing problems

Hello everybody,
 
 I am graphing CPU usage of a bi-cpu server running on red hat 4.
 The matter is that when I look at the results I have, the CPU usage is at around 92%.
 But when I connect to the server and use the "top" command, during the 2 first seconds the CPU usage is at around 92%, and then it is around 40%.
 
 Do you already have got this problem?
 
 Here is a sample of my configuration file, that deals with CPU usage.
