The memory pool mib has separate instances for each of the many memory
pools on a Cisco Router.  There will be at least 2, and possibly as many
as four pools, depending on the router architecture.

you should walk the ciscoMemoryPoolName tree and see which instance you
really need to poll.  I don't think .0 is ever the correct one.
