[mrtg] MRTG as a service on Win

Have I missunderstood this....
I make a cfg file for each device that I want to monitor. Is this the way ?
Correct ?

Hello.

I have some cisco switches that I want to monitor. 20 or something.

I wanna have my mrtg on a windows 2003 as a service.
But what should I do  ? One service for every switch that I want to monitor
or all switches in one service

Please advice anyone.
