I've seen the same with all of ATM interfaces. They report as valid as
they do handle ATM specific information but do not actually handle data.
I ended up just commenting them out in the cfg files.

Subject: [mrtg] Cisco 7206 and POS Interfaces
Gday,
We have been trying to run cfgmaker on a cisco 7206 with an ATM / POS
interface and always blamed the older versions of cfgmaker finding lots
of interfaces. We have finally upgraded and its still finding "extra"
interfaces. In particular these are ATM1/0-atm-layer interfaces. But
when we poll them there is no In and Out octets for these. Has anyone
else seen these and have a way around this ?
Thanks
Martin
