Yeah, ick.
We use the pNSclient agent (or the NC_Net or nsclient++ agents) to query
memory. Although these are nagios agents, you can query them using
mrtg-pnsclient.pl to get the various numbers out. Besides, we're not
allowed to use SNMP on windows boxes for security reasons...
