MrPaul,
Thank you, however I am slightly lost:

1. What do you mean to "load the MIB in MRTG"?
2. How do I use the "full numeric OID" in this case or know how to get it?
3. What is |Length2Int that you put after @mydevice?
4. I tried it and it says this:

Monday, 18 September 2006 at 19:19: ERROR:
Target[switch1.la1.iohost.com_101][_IN_]
'SNMPv2-SMI::mib-2.16.1.1.1.5.101&SNMPv2-SMI::mib-2.16.1.1.1.9.
$target->[2]{$mode} ' (warn): Ambiguous use of & resolved as operator &
at (eval 15) line 1.
Monday, 18 September 2006 at 19:19: ERROR:
Target[switch1.la1.iohost.com_101][_OUT_]
'SNMPv2-SMI::mib-2.16.1.1.1.5.101&SNMPv2-SMI::mib-2.16.1.1.1.9.
$target->[2]{$mode} ' (warn): Ambiguous use of & resolved as operator &
at (eval 16) line 1.

Not sure what else to do, my config looks like this:

Target[switch1.la1.iohost.com_101]:
SNMPv2-SMI::mib-2.16.1.1.1.5.101&SNMPv2-SMI::mib-2.16.1.1.1.9.101:public at switch1.la1.iohost.com:
SetEnv[switch1.la1.iohost.com_101]: MRTG_INT_IP="" MRTG_INT_DESCR="Port-#1"
MaxBytes[switch1.la1.iohost.com_101]: 12500000
Title[switch1.la1.iohost.com_101]: Traffic Analysis for
switch1.la1.iohost.com / 1 /
PageTop[switch1.la1.iohost.com_101]: <h1>Traffic Analysis for
switch1.la1.iohost.com / 1 / </h1>
  <table>
    <tr><td>System:</td><td></td></tr>
    <tr><td>Maintainer:</td><td></td></tr>
    <tr><td>Description:</td><td>FastEthernet 1</td></tr>
    <tr><td>ifType:</td><td>ethernetCsmacd (6)</td></tr>
    <tr><td>ifName:</td><td>switch1.la1.iohost.com / 1</td></tr>

  </table>

Thank you in advance, I know I am a bit raw at this,
Randy Katz
