[mrtg] moving MRTG to new machine

I would setup the current version of MRTG on your new server and do a test
with a couple of your old cfg & rrd files to make sure there aren't any odd
issues (I wouldn't expect any).

Then you should be able to just copy all your old cfg & rrd files to the new
server and it just work.
