[mrtg] Exim and Mrtg

See if you can get these values directly from SNMP via the MRTG server.  If
you can't then you have some problem that isn't related to MRTG.

snmpget -v1 -c public 10.4.3.225 1.3.6.1.4.1.3032.64.101.2
snmpget -v1 -c public 10.4.3.225 1.3.6.1.4.1.3032.64.101.1
snmpget -v1 -c public 10.4.3.225 1.3.6.1.4.1.3032.64.101.6
snmpget -v1 -c public 10.4.3.225 1.3.6.1.4.1.3032.64.101.7

Also, your first Target is wrong.  The correct format is as follows (note
the character between the OIDs).

Target[myrouter]: 1.3.6.1.4.1.999.1&1.3.6.1.4.1.999.1:public at mydevice
