See if you can get these values directly from SNMP via the MRTG server.
If you can't then you have some problem that isn't related to MRTG.

snmpget -v1 -c public 10.4.3.225 1.3.6.1.4.1.3032.64.101.2 
snmpget -v1 -c public 10.4.3.225 1.3.6.1.4.1.3032.64.101.1
snmpget -v1 -c public 10.4.3.225 1.3.6.1.4.1.3032.64.101.6
snmpget -v1 -c public 10.4.3.225 1.3.6.1.4.1.3032.64.101.7

Also, your first Target is wrong.  The correct format is as follows
(note the character between the OIDs).

Target[myrouter]: 1.3.6.1.4.1.999.1&1.3.6.1.4.1.999.1:public at mydevice
