[mrtg] Help with configuring target to used an oid

All Targets must have 2 items to graph. If using an OID, you must have two
OIDs. They can be the same ones but there must be two. (and then you can use
noo or noi to exclude one)


Search for Explicit OID
Search for noo or noi
