[mrtg] Help

Help? We have a 10Mb pipe from our NOC to this site; so I configured
MRTG with a maxbytes and maxspeed of 10000 but when it 

output the data on the graph our pipe is showing between 40 to 100M. How
do I correct this? Here's one of my config.
