[mrtg] bug in monthly graphs

Hello,

On My monthly graphs I have bad week numbers. On graph is "week 52", but on My calendar I
have week 53. Maybe week numbers are counted from zero or I have calendar with bugs ;-)
For graphs I use 14all.cgi !!!
I use MRTG 2.9.6, last RRDTool, 14all.cgi v1.1p15.

Where is bug? In 14all.cgi script or mrtg or rrdtool?
