[mrtg] 14all.cgi percents problem

Hello,

I have problem with all Targets, than percent numbers for
"Maximal" traffic are wrong.

Example:
Port 100.0 Mbits/s on switch Catalyst 4000

Daily graph:
Maximal In: 66,388 M (66,39%)
Maximal Out: 71,711 M (71,71%)

Weekly graph:
Maximal In: 70,634 M (60,97%)
Maximal Out: 82,729 M (74,34%)

Monthly graph:
Maximal In: 70,634 M (60,64%)
Maximal Out: 82,729 M (69,76%)

Yearly graph:
Maximal In: 70,634 M (44,72%)
Maximal Out: 82,729 M (51,88%)

On "Daily" graph procents are OK.
On Weekly, Monthly and Yearly graphs are procents for "Maximal" wrong.

Where is problem?
Is it bug in 14all.cgi, rrdtool or mrtg?
Or have I bug in config?
