Hello.
We have been using MRTG and the PING PROBE to succesfully monitor all of
our network links for a few years now.
We have the graphs, the email notifications and RRD database files with
a long history of the latency and packet loss behavior of our links.
What we DON'T have is a way to query into the rrd databases and
calculate network link availability to a simple % number by the end of
the month. We could use a separate tool similar to WhatsUp, but we woul
really like to avoid having a separate polling program pinging the
routers.
Any ideas?
