How about something like this for disks?

# Host's graph for /var/www/reports and /srv/samba/dwnlds
Target[host_2]:
1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.9.1.9.5&1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.9.1.9.6:COMMUNITY at HOST
MaxBytes[host_2]: 100
Options[host_2]: gauge,growright,nopercent,integer
Title[host_2]: Disk Usage on /var/www/reports and /srv/samba/dwnlds
YLegend[host_2]: Reports/Downloads
ShortLegend[host_2]:
LegendI[host_2]:  Reports:
LegendO[host_2]:  Downloads:
Legend1[host_2]: Downloads
Legend2[host_2]: Reports
PageTop[host_2]: <H1>Disk Usage /var/www/reports and /srv/samba/dwnlds

I'm running CentOS Linux, and this is where two of my partitions are
that I graph usage for. Depending on your partitioning, the OID's would
be slightly different.

Do a walk on 1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.9 and you should see something.

I can't help with the CPU, though, because I'm not doing any graphing on it.

Hope this helps for your disk.

Regards,
Max
