[mrtg] Cisco Interface Policy

Take a look at the CISCO-CLASS-BASED-QOS-MIB. You
should be able to pull that stats for each class map
out of the cbQosCMStatsTable
(.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.166.1.15.1)
