[mrtg] MRTG draws wrong when the traffic arrive 100 ~110 Mbit...

Hi Jan,

so what you suggest is to have cfgmaker test on its own if the
router can do snmpv2 and use it automatically ? The thing MrPaul
wants it for mrtg to try and poll oids which are defined in snmpv2
ONLY via snmpv1 ...
