[mrtg] Last value(s) as watermark in the graphs

Hi all

I had the idea to show the last value as big digit watermark in the 5-minutes graphs.
I am monitoring some temperature values and find it very useful to see the actual degrees in addition of the graph itself.

Has someone an idea how it can be done?
