[mrtg] Last value(s) as watermark in the graphs

This is not exactly what you're asking for, but if you use routers2.cgi
as your frontend, you can enable the popup code and add the 'actuals'
option so that the actual value is shown in a popup next to the cursor -
then just point at the end of the graph.  This works in v2.18beta2 and
later.

Routers2.conf:
javascript = yes
actuals = yes
