[mrtg] MRTG Reporting in Bits

Go through your cfg again the places you might have missed are.

1) globally declared option might contain "Option[_]: bits"
2) your traffic might not have gone more than a 1000 Bits.
3) you might need the kMG[xx]: k, M, G.
4) keep the shortlegend as Kb and make necessary adjustments in the target.
