Ok, so it provides ifInOctets with snmp v2 but not ifInHCOctets.
It also appears that neither interface 5 or 6 is active.
If you are running 2.15.2 or later, you can use the nohc[] directive:
Target[vlan3]: 7:public at 10.107.1.129::::2
noHC[vlan3]: yes
MaxBytes[vlan3]: 1250000000
PageTop[vlan3]: <h3>Vlan 3</h3>
