[mrtg] Use SNMP instead of ping for smoke-ping

I've been using my own modified version of smoke-ping for a long time. It's
always been accurate and gives me ping times and loss.
The problem I have now is that some routers I monitor are being used purely
for VoIP practices. Ping packets do not get the same priority but SNMP
packets are considered NETWORK and get a high priority. Since I really only
want to know how VoIP packets are getting through, it would make more sense
for me to use this type of packet.
Anyone done anything likes this? I'm using FreeBSD with some basic PHP
scripts.
