[mrtg] Installing MRTG on windows 2003

I am trying to get MRTG working on Windows 2003 Server. I have started IIS
on it and have followed the Windows Installation Guide. I have got as far as
creating the mrtg.cfg file. I am getting lost in the instruction for brining
it up.

When running the command >perl mrtg mrtg.cfg

I get the error  ( WorkDir: C;\InetPub\wwwroot\mrtg ) does not make sense
