[mrtg] Wrong values in log file

We are launching 6 jobs (from Cron) to get info from different  
sources, well two of these jobs are getting data from the same source  
(the nortel switch), but the first job is using MRTG+RRD, and the  
second one is just using MRTG. Is it a problem for MRTG???
