[mrtg] issue with snmp and mrtg on debian etch.

SNMPD = 5.2.3
mrtg = 2.14.7

I googled for bug reports, but only found one that was not debian 
specific from what I read and had to do with a mib error for a 
particular piece of equipment - it was also not in reference to local 
services, it was a remote piece of equipment. The fix was the OID had a 
0 added to the end of it.

I'm not sure it applied not knowing enough about mibs etc..
I had this working years ago out of the box, I figured it would not be 
difficult to install until I ran into this issue.
