Your SNMP request is getting no response.  Check the following:

1. The device is up
2. You have the correct device IP address
3. The device actually supports SNMP
4. You have the correct community string
5. The device ACL permits your monitoring Server to use that community
6. There are no intervening firewalls etc blocking SNMP
7. You have network connectivity (ping Works)

This is the first Cuban email domain I've ever seen, I think.  Good luck with MRTG
