Why not use cfgmaker to create your config file? At least then you won't
have to worry about syntax errors in your config file. You can read up on
cfgmaker on the MRTG website, under documentation .

it wat quit late when i post the mesage.
the cron is running.
now mrtg to get get run, instead of letting only full logfiles
i want only to messure IP traffic over all my machines what goes over my
openBSD box to the internet.

seems that i cannot find a working config on the net for doing this.
i am currently running again all docs, only this time with enough coffee.
