Did you try removing the 'Withpeak[target]' option from your config file.

Notice that as the graphs go from day to year that the additional
colors are added inside the graphs?

I'm interested in making my weekly, monthly, and yearly graphs only
use the 2 colors that are seen in the daily.

Is this not possible?
