[mrtg] Discouraged with CPU counter

Well when I do the snmpwalk I get 
snmpwalk: Timeout

I know snmp service is installed and running on the target machine. 

Does this mean I don't have the mibs loaded on to the target machine or
something?

snmpwalk -c your_community_string your_dell_server
.1.3.6.1.2.1.25.3.3.1.2

this oid should return the cpu's from a dell box
