[mrtg] OID's missing or adjusted after changing hardware

This message tells us that 1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.11.52 is not available on the SNMP server (the ssCpuRawUser.o is now being resolved fine).

Are you sure you don't need a .0 or something at the end of that URL?  Do an SNMPwalk and see if the OID is actually there on the server.
