[mrtg] mrtg web forum through nabble2

I have integrated the cool new nabble2 feature which provides a
forum interface to mailinglists.

  http://oss.oetiker.ch/mrtg/nable-mrtg.en.html

With this we have forum like access to the mrtg mailinglists
without changeing anyting on the mailinglist side.
