[mrtg] Looking for help setting up email notification for mrtg2.16.2 running on a window server.

I am in the process of building a windows server for Mrtg2.16.2 and I am trying to find a way to sent email notification from mrtg when an error occurs.  In Unix this was handled by cron.  I am running mrtg through a batch file that is setup as an scheduled task.

This is what is in by batch file

perl c:\mrtg-2.16.2\bin\mrtg --logging=c:\mrtg_setup\mrtg-2.16.2.log c:\mrtg_setup\MRTG_MASTER\Facilities_2811.cfg

If I want to see if errors are happening I have to edit the mrtg-2.16.2.log files . what do I have to do to make this work like it did with cron.
