[mrtg] MRTG files naming convention

The file name is the target name.  You can change the target names  
manually to whatever you like, or use the cfgmaker --ifref=ip statement.

Highly recommended to read the cfgmaker documentation, either on the  
web, in man, or perldoc cfgmaker.
