hi to all.
we have many windows 2003 servers with snmp informant installed (easier to
get OID on win:), we are monitoring cpu, mem, disk, and all the rest with
success.
recently i noticed that every time the gigabit network interfaces of the
servers reach the full usage speed, i found on the log of my mrtg server the
message:
"2009-07-17 17:41:05 -- 2009-07-17 17:41:02: ERROR:
Target[procos11.lan1][_IN_] ' $target->[38]{$mode} ' did not eval into
defined data"

that means to me that if mrtg (that, for info, is a w2k server) read a very
high value it display this error.
during low network traffic i can see the correct graphs...
i used snmpwalk to check snmp v1 and v2 those servers and it respond
successfully, so i tryed without success to add ":::::2" code to mrtg config
file for those server oid interfaces, it does not work anyway.

so i am basically stuck...if the network card goes faster that 100Mb/sec, it
does not record the data, if i switch mrtg to snmp 2c with ":::::2" it gives
me this error

"2009-07-17 17:50:56 -- SNMP Error:

"

can someone give me a clue? thx!
