[mrtg] Sorting by highest utilization

If you are using Routers2 as the frontend to MRTG/RRD, then the "Compact Summary" page allows you to sort the target interfaces by incoming/outgoing max/avg/last/95th%ile increasing/decreasing.  You can also suppress the display of interfaces with no traffic at all to simplify things on switches.
