Yes, if you mean Peak Outbound usage. Usually the 95th percentile is a better indicator of link usage, though. Note the graph is in Bytes, the figures I'm giving are in Bits.
It seems to say that your link is using an AVERAGE of 3.2Mb (outbound), a PEAK of 92Mb (outbound) and approximately a 95th Percentile of about 30Mb (my guess).
>From the percentages it seems to say your link is a 1Gb link.
If you set the 'bits' option, then all the figures will be reported in bits, which is much easier for this sort of thing.
