[mrtg] how to code mrtg plugins?

Found what I needed:

According with the manual:

You specify use of an external script by surrounding the command to
run in backquotes.
The external command must return an exit status of zero, and 4 lines of
output separated by a newline:

 Target[timestamp]: `/usr/local/bin/calling_to_my_c++_program_script`
