[mrtg] Reuse .old logfiles after rateup error

That has to be a problem with your local setup; that's
not the way MRTG works for the rest of us.

You're not accessing your MRTG data files via NFS,
are you?  I could imagine a scenario where the 
NFS filehandle becomes stale, making the original
filename inaccessible, requiring you to change to
a different filename.  But if the files are local to the
machine, you should never run into a situation where
the logfile isn't usable when it previously was.
