[mrtg] adding second device not generating data - advice needed

I think this line is the problem. Instead of two config files on the
command line, add this to mrtg.cfg
Include: /home/mrtg/cfg/rtr2.cfg
Then change the above line to:
[root at dns bin]# env LANG=C ./mrtg /home/mrtg/cfg/mrtg.cfg
And I agree with the other answer, drop rateup and go to rrdtool with
routers2 frontend. You get a lot more flexability and horsepower out of
your system. It will be hugely more expandable running rrdtool than
with the native db and rateup.
